The high-fidelity Nursing Simulation Lab lets nursing students hone their diagnostic skills and learn to administer patient care using real-world instruments and technologies.
Occupational therapy students gain hands-on experience in the Activities of Daily Living lab, which includes a simulated kitchen and bathroom along with a driving simulator.

Graduates of the occupational therapy master’s program will be eligible to sit for the national certification examination administered by the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT). Successful completion of the exam will result in certification as an Occupational Therapist, Registered (OTR).
The Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA) has granted Accreditation-Continued status to the New York Institute of Technology Physician Assistant Program. Accreditation-Continued is an accreditation status granted when a currently accredited program is in compliance with ARC-PA Standards.
Graduates of the Physician Assistant Studies program are eligible to take the Physician Assistant National Certification Examination (PANCE), administered by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
